True Green

True Green... yeah that's right. i said it.

Let me give you an opinion.

Fickle Boards are more green than that bamboo thing or that hemp thing you pay top dollar on. Period.

Why? How?
How can american hardrock maple, pressed in Penna just across the border be more green than chinese bamboo?

here's how:
shipping: I'm not talking about sending something by mail. I'm talking about trucking it across effing china and loading it on a boat, where it sits for friggin weeks and weeks until it reaches: california... or putting it on a jet-fuel guzzler and heading into the wind for thousands of miles... Not to mention that it's wood that was shipped TO china, mexico, wherever, from Canada...
All that shipping means fuel. All that fuel... think that through...

now think about bamboo... did you know that china rapes the land like america never did? totally. pandas look out. habitat destroyed to provide us another element... whatever...

so from shipping to raw materials... green aint necessarily green.

then let's think about how much longer a proper pressed board will last you... how green is it to buy a "normal" "non-green" technology and just not have to throw it away every as often? eh? think about that when you are about to drop 20 more dollars than you need to on a board that hypes someone's technical capabilities, but is of inferior quality...

hey man, we're not trying to start a cult over here. You can skate what you want. Just know that we're pushing wood that is solid, lasts, with kick and cave in shapes you'll like...

crush it.
